Pros

You will get overall picture how a factory runs from start to end doesn't matter which team you are joining in. Learning is good.

Cons

I hope management is reading this review. Very unorganized management. 10-12 hours of work every day. Few inexperienced people has become managers here who are doing only politics. Managers are worst here. They only lie to you. Most of the people in this factory are unhappy with the culture.

Pros

Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

Cons

Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

Pros

You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

Cons

Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
