      Pros

      None that I could think of at this point. Most pros would be found at 95% of companies out there

      Cons

      1. Constant layoffs 2. They hire at higher than average salary - then no raises for 4-5 years 3. Management changes quite often 4. No growth plans for employees - they usually get stuck in the same position 5. No competitive advantage

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
