Great Benefits, easily accessible information via HR representative or Workday access via your work profile on your work/personal cell phone. Growth opportunities, whether you stay in manufacturing or corporate IT Many events to feel part of the company and not just your department. It is a secure and safe environment even during the COVID years.

Cons

During my tenure, I went through numerous managers for my department. Transparency wasn't part of management's tactics to keep people informed about what's going on around them. The pay increase was minimal.

Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

Cons

Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

Pros

You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

Cons

Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
