Pros

The people here can learn different programming language in different platform, it is a good place to improve one's skill set. My manager is very nice and patient for mentor things. Also the work environment is very flexible. During the covid time in 2020, the company care the health of the employees much, work from home, support some work tools home.

Cons

The systems is a little complicated, the new people need to take much time to be familiar with them.

Pros

- There are snacks in the kitchen

Cons

- There is NO coding in this position. It's basically adjusting config files and reporting issues to other developers - They put you on a very demanding project and have NO concept of how much work it takes, Then they blame you when everything is not perfect. - There is NO appreciation given for working extra hours. - The salary is mediocre - They underhire, and try to extract the maximum amount of work out of the few people they do hire. They will never acknowledge that they underhire. - They REPRIMAND you in front of your peers for things that aren't your fault. No matter how much effort you put in, it makes no difference, they will treat you the same regardless.
