Pros

1. Healthy Environment 2. Friendly Atmosphere 3. Loads of fun 4. A lot of learning modes 5. Fairly Good Management 6. Good benefits 7. Good Package 8. Flexible Timings 9. Supportive Managers

Cons

1. Change the Company ID card - Display the name of the company. 2. Train/teach the managers how to behave with their team members. - Employees leave their org mainly due to arrogant and ignorant managers. 3. Show the employees how approachable is the management. 4. Have a one-on-one session from the HR dept as well. 5. Try retaining the employees as much as possible. 6. Try to get more employees to fill in the gap - A lot of work pressure 7. Don't just look into completing a project, also look into how effective will the team members will be in the next release if they have been put in a extremely difficult work pressure. 8. Fill up the communication gap - Have a process in place in terms of communication between the Managers and their team members. 9. Every team follows their individual process and techniques to complete their project. Why don't they follow one process across the floor to achieve the set goal.

I appreciate the well-thought-out, detailed list -- and as we continue to evolve, these are practical things we can focus on to do more of.

Pros

I am part of an amazing team at Flexera and I love what I do! The peace of mind and flexibility the company offers, I have not seen it anywhere else! I am valued and empowered in the work I do and my contributions I bring to the table.

Cons

Lack of training programs, mentoring, or clear pathways for internal promotion.

Pros

Good remote working options are available

Cons

Direct leadership frequently used 1:1 meetings to discuss personal matters rather than tracking project timelines, yet would later blame subordinates when timelines slipped. It was an incredibly uncomfortable environment where it felt impossible to succeed. Good ideas would be implemented and well-received by others, but direct management would find something negative to focus on, like claiming it took too long Communication from direct management was passive-aggressive and often crossed professional boundaries. The language used in team settings was frequently inappropriate, including the use of highly offensive, derogatory language disguised as jokes. I was uncomfortable most of the time I worked there.
