      Pros

      Everyone is extremely helpful and genuinely nice. It has a family warmth to it. The training is comprehensive, and in depth.

      Cons

      unknown hours upfront makes it difficult to plan around your schedule, because schedules aren't finalized until after training.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
