      Pros

      There are unfortunately not many positive points to make...however it's an interesting industry to work in and the co-workers are really great.

      Cons

      Incompetent and lazy management that would rather gossip and choose favorites than take the initiative to build/develop a strong team. Hard work is ignored and scrutinized. No upward mobility. Low pay with minimal raises that take months to go into effect with no back pay.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
