This year has been a monumental year for our crewmembers and we have taken an opportunity to conduct Listening Tours with our Crewmembers on many occasions in addition to opening up different forms of communication through email and phone numbers for recommendations on how we may be able to improve with our Senior Leadership Team. We are continuing to implement many positive changes for our crews from the results of the listening tours and recommendations submitted, so stay tuned!
