Good not great - Pilot Flexjet Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review with Flexjet. We have several scheduling options for our crew members that allows them to fly in as few as 4 day blocks and as many as 8 day blocks. Our crew members are scheduled within the limits of the FAA regulations, and while our schedule can be demanding we would never require a pilot to fly in an unsafe environment. Additionally, our organization has been ARG/US Platinum certified for 10 years and our Maintenance Division has received the coveted FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for 18 consecutive years (more than any other provider in private jet travel). Finally, we are an active participant in the FAA’s Part 5 Safety Management System with both an ASAP and Maintenance ASAP program available to employees. We are so happy that you are able to enjoy the benefits program with employee contributions that haven’t increased in over 10 years and the meals on the road!!
