      Great company for someone without ambition - Aircraft Dispatcher Flexjet Employee Review

      Pros

      The coworkers and culture are great. People are really nice, everyone says hi to one another in the hallways and asks how you are. Many coworkers are friends and get together outside of work. The office itself has a nice atmosphere and looks impressive.

      Cons

      There is little to no upward mobility. Many people are in the same position for years on end with only lateral movement to other departments. It does not appear that there is much opportunity to grow within all departments. Many roles do not have a pathway to a supervision role.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
