      Pros

      Substantial OT and bonus pay available. Decent work rules and benefits. Yearly salary increase. Variety of schedules to choose from. Different aircraft and programs available to pursue after first 2-3 years (Large Cabin vs mostly Domestic) . Operating newer aircraft that undergo frequent maintenance checks. Phenom 300's to Gulfstream 650's. Team effort throughout the organization. It can be a career destination, very much a hidden gem.

      Cons

      You will work hard. Multiple legs and with many 14 hour days. Fractional flying and lifestyle may not appeal to all.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
