      Company with great ambition, future and development. Still developing its potential in Europe.

      Cons

      Poor management from lower bracket managers. Not so good environment between co-workers and support to new joiners. Long work hours, no time for personal rest.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
