      Pros

      Schedule Flexibility. All meals paid for. Airplane maintenance typically very good. Starting pay is decent.

      Cons

      Pace on the road is entirely unsustainable. Company support on the road is lacking. Management seems aware of issues but has done nothing to improve the situation and has been dragging feet on updated QOL issues.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
