Pros

fellow employees are amazing - consider my co-workers family, exciting and infectious industry, Flexjet had a good run under Bombardier.

Cons

Since the buyout, decisions are being made without thinking through the impact it would have on employees and our owners. Our standards continue to be lowered by upper management while charging the premium we established under Bombardier when we truly offered superior service and aircraft.

Pros

Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

Cons

Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
