Pros
HAD great benefits, competitive pay, fun and knowledge coworkers and a spirit of family and innovation.
Cons
First, it hasn't been Bombardier since '13 and became even less Flexjet afterwards. Acquired by Directional Aviation Capital, but may as well have been Flight Options. They brought their knowledge, experience and shady reputation, which had kept them on the verge of bankruptcy for the better part of 10 years, to Flexjet in December 2013. It's been downhill since. Questionable accounting (rumor has it that the DAC principal, Ken Ricci, funnels his personal expenses through the company..i/e patio furniture for his house on the beach in Mexico). Laid off most of the experienced personnel (thought they were overpaid), flat lied when the acquisition occurred (two separate storefronts), balked at 401k matching, implemented an antiquated computer system (though the one Flexjet had was more than adequate), will not backfill open positions at Flexjet (but they open the positions in Cleveland), overly secretive (probably due to not knowing how to run a successful company and not having the ba!!s to say, eventually Flexjet will be nothing more than a new name to tarnish. RUN, don't walk from this place!!! That includes ANY customers.
