      Pros

      Bombardier no longer owns Flexjet. It is now Flexjet, LLC. The management team at Flexjet was outstanding and made it a great place to work.

      Cons

      The new owners closed/merged most of the Flexjet divisions with Flight Options. Flexjet exists in name only now. Deanna White is no longer the CEO.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
