      Pros

      Excellent benefits and pay. Worked my way up the ladder and was rewarded for doing good work with promotions and raises.

      Cons

      Company is no longer owned by Bombardier, now owned by Flight Options parent company. Although Bombardier had its issues, Flight Options has gutted the company.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
