      Pros

      Flexjet goes above and beyond to do the right thing for their company, their clients, their personnel & the families of their employees.

      Cons

      The only thing that I could say that could be better is their retirement/401k. The deferred compensation is nice, but to be “THE” premier career destination… their company match and/or pre employee contribution could improve.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
