      Pros

      Great new fleet, planes are kept in amazing condition not just mechanically but also regarding interiors. Meal plan is unmatched. Everything is paid for, all you need to do is show up to fly. Opportunities for growth are plenty.

      Cons

      Lots of old captains you’ll fly with are stuck in their old ways. You fly a lot, around 600+ hours a year Long duty days of 12 hours. Sometimes up to 14.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty stellar. Work schedule is one of the best I've seen in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Tooling is an absolute nightmare. The tooling that we do have is HANDMADE, and often broken. Tribalism is absolutely a problem. Good Ole boys club is prevalent. There is absolutely no preparation for inbound aircraft needing large inspections. We dont even have wheels for this location and has to be shipped in(even though this location does over half of the maintenance for the company).
