Pros
Management stakeholders are very understanding, I like how other employees and top management are even open to connect with each other on personal level if required. As a not so old startup, I would say Flexon has covered a good length, although sometimes it's like wearing multiple hats, I guess that is fine at least for me as what you achieve you get the full credit for the same and also the support from the Management to drive your show. I was happy to know that any kind of certification or training for professional growth will be covered by the organization. The scope of success majorly depends on the hard work you are putting in and it's a fair deal, it's same everywhere, surely not a place to work for those who are lazy and expect spoon feeding at every step.
Cons
Salary structure needs improvement. Incentives and compensation need to be redesigned toward the higher side. The organization structure needs to be streamlined a bit, sometimes it gets very difficult to reach the concerned managers.
