Favoritism and nepotism are rampant, leadership is grossly inexperienced, standard processes and controls are nonexistent, statistics are fabricated (based on inaccurate or imaginary data), training is laughable, and communication is fragmented to say the least. The “world class platform” they push is elementary at best. More time is spent fixing the numerous things that go wrong than fulfilling your job duties. (Sorry, there are no explicit job duties.) Even if you’re lucky enough to move up the ladder, true learning and career development will not happen here.
