tech is pretty cool to clients who care and know how to use it. free lunch. everyone is pretty smart. a few cool people. "good name" on resume.
Cons
leadership has no idea how to navigate growth and execs are quitting or getting fired every month. people aren't being promoted based on merit, nepotism runs rampant. literal boys club - good luck being a woman with ideas (unless you are willing to throw other women under the bus). actually, ANYONE who has an idea who isn't part of the right group gets shut down (or worse, fired). pay used to be good until quotas became unattainable. little to no transparency or honesty in the interview process which becomes much more apparent once you've been hired. sales team has an extremely toxic culture, no guidance, and no processes.
