Pros

Most people are great If you only work in the supply chain/logistics industry, this is one of the better companies

Cons

You will be VERY underpaid Company provides gimmicks like office snacks and mindfulness workshops to hide the fact that they don't actually care about culture or employees Ryan Petersen + the C-suite is disconnected from the rest of the company and have mild superiority complexes Little to no room for career growth Performance bonuses barely cover the cost of inflation In short, don't trust a company that has lofty goals and values to "make the world a better place" but doesn't even pay its own employees enough for the work they do. Don't trust a CEO who says he prioritizes company culture and D&I but never gets involved in ERG events

Pros

Lots of really smart and nice people at the company. The culture has improved a lot recently. There's a good amount of room to develop and jump on things that you might not be exposed to in other companies.

Cons

The company moves a little too fast at times and maybe overlooks things that are working well and don't necessarily need to be changed for "efficiency" at the risk of doing things incorrectly. It can be hard to move up in some departments. work/life balance varies a lot by team.
