bigger portfolio, many things to learn,

senior management still trying to adjust with new people coming in. people sitting from 10-12 years in senior management. if new person joining , dont agree to every thing said, it becomes a big problem. new insights and innvoations are not welcomed. IJP also seems tough as the feedback call is received by the manager

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
