Employee policies are really generous. Good work life balance. Management is open to suggestions. You get to work with some of the great minds.

Cons

Yet to come out of startup stage. So all the processes are not yet defined. Culture varies from team to team. A lot of direction changes in last few years which, many times, confuses employees.

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
