Not Skilled & diploma holders are part of the senior management team because of their relationship wth the CEO's. ( People who dnt even know to speak English are a part of the leadership team) Bad leadership & management especially with the catalogue team. Not employee centric & professional department. No transparency with promotions, rewards, leaves, responsibilities. There is no trust building or a employee focused feedback or skip level as the brand has got a good image & they are least bothered on the employees. Because of lack of the MNC culture, no professionalism & transparency there is 30 - 40% of attrition which should be an eye open for the the senior management.
