Pros

1. Great work culture 2. Developer get full ownership of the project 3. Work on open source technologies

Cons

1. Leadership doesn't care about the employees 2. No work life balance 3. No extra benifits during WFH, this shows how much the company cares about the employees 4. You are expected to work at night because whole day goes in meetings 5. Systems are not stable hence a lot of on-call. People prefer putting hacks thn having a proper solution. 6. Promotion .. hahaha... Don't expect it here

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
