Pros
First and foremost is the people and the great culture. We truly have a family like environment where collaboration and growth is very highly promoted. I personally love the amount of learning that i have done in my time so far and being given the opportunity to work on cool and challenging projects. The work is challenging and rewarding and i feel that Flipp is really doing our part to make an impact on the way consumers shop on a weekly basis. Recently we've done some great campaigns on helping save trees and the rain forest and I think that this will only be the start to making a green impact as well.
Cons
I don't really have any cons. That being said working for Flipp is not for everyone. We work in a fast paced environment where you can't coast as everyone is held accountable. If your looking for a place where you can work on challenging projects, learn and growth and also have fun then Flipp is definitely the place for you.
