Good & exciting company but has cultural failings - Anonymous employee Flock Employee Review

Recently hired people from corporate roles who don't fit the startup culture. The leadership team is far removed from how the employees feel which has created a negative environment. Lack of a people team presence and are on their 3rd head of people in one year. A lot of good staff have left even in higher-up roles. Lack of recognition to employees which makes them feel expendable.
