      My experience working with Jason Mickool at Florida Financial Advisors was outstanding. Jason has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the financial space and his knowledge and guidance is priceless. The boutique atmosphere of Florida Financial Advisors provided me the small company feel with blue chip level experience. The financial business is not for everyone but if you want to make a positive difference in peoples lives, utilize a strong work ethic and have fun doing it, then Florida Financial Advisors is the place for you!

      Pros

      There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
