      Make your own hours/only come in when you need to fun job with lots of interesting opportunities laid back atmosphere student-run job

      Cons

      Paid minimum wage for a pretty intense job no one seemed to really care about the results of doing something no diversity in hiring - everyone basically different versions of the same person very clique-ish environment student-run job
