      Pros

      Nice working environment and experiment conditions, opportunities to learn a lot of knowledge and seminars. Largest RTDS system in the world for power system simulation

      Cons

      Now if you need technician's help for building the experimental setup, the funding will be charged. We cannot do many thing due to the safety issue, but in fact we are also electrical engineer and passed the safety training.
