Pros
The current President of FSU understands that employees should be treated with respect and he does everything that he can to compensate when he can. The IT management has a clear vision of where they want to be. FSU is quick to adopt new technology.
Cons
State Budget cuts have trimmed away a lot of the IT budget. The State Legislature of Florida does not value higher education and despite the presidents best efforts, they believe that state employees should be paid no more than minimum wage.
