      Pros

      All around good work environment. Working at a university gives ample chance to further one's education. Not much micromanagement. Although young, was treated as a team member and allowed to self-direct and make decisions.

      Cons

      Budget constraints currently. No pay increases for the last few years. Rated as the most efficient university in the US in services/dollar, which is a proud distinction, but it means pay can be low.
