Pros
Academic freedom to teach your classes as you'd like as long as the material is covered properly. Great benefits and beautiful campus. The students at the College of Business were highly motivated for the most part and a joy to work with.
Cons
Only that it's a publicly funded university, so when the funds are cut, the positions are cut.
