Pros
FSU is the place where you serve the students and faculty with your passion. The work environment is decent and friendly. However, it really depends on what school you are in. If you work at FSU, you work for the state. The benefits are really tempting. You have opportunities to take on-the-job training classes for individual development.
Cons
Some of the academic programs really needs to be optimized. That is to say, from the professors to the staff, updated changes need to be made. The school is well-known for college football, but the academic reputations have long way to go.
