      Once permanent, very flexible paid time off Good benefits( Insurance, Tuition, etc. ) There will always be something to keep you busy through the day

      Pay is terrible and there have been NO across the board raises for years Clueless management from the top down Good ol' boys network when it comes to advancement Lots of little departments/silos that don't play nice with each other
