Pros
Florida State is a massive organization, which allows it many benefits. It's size and location relative to the state capitol makes for many unique opportunities that could not be found otherwise.
Cons
The size also has its drawbacks. To get anything done is a bureaucratic mess in a machine that is slow to produce results. The funding distribution also feels unbalanced as the sports arenas and stadiums receive lavish renovations while other areas of campus that are more academic seemingly get ignored.
