Pros
There were no outside of working hours responsibilities as well. I appreciated the flexible hours and the relatively stress free work environment. All of the employees are students, and the schedules are receptive to employees making sure their academics come first.
Cons
The hourly wages were about half of what a a private tutor at FSU could be earning. Often I would be scheduled for less hours than I wanted to work, but I understood that it was a part time job, so that can't really be avoided.
