Pros
Good work/life balance, interesting and challenging projects, very good colleagues, table tennis, cool company trips and events, football, pac man - I have a lot of good memories about Flow. This is for sure one of the best companies I worked for.
Cons
Some may not like open space area. It can be cold in some places of office.
