In general a great company to work at. Flow Traders is entrepreneurial, new ideas are quickly picked up and in production Direct feedback by the market Collaborative environment where teams work together, Flow Traders doesn't have silos and does have a shared incentive pool which fosters teamwork.
Cons
Competitive environment. Its expected to work more than 40h a week at a high pace. For some people this high pace can be seen as stressful.
