Theres a pretty long list..... 1. challenging work 2. open communication with peers and management 3. no micromanagement 4. balanced work-life 5. lots of company events and team building activities (even an all expenses paid for weekend trip!) 6. stocked lounge with snacks and alcohol, catered lunches 7. Cons
There aren't too many negatives of working here. The biggest complaint is the temperature fluctuates in the office sometimes!
