      Great place to recieve experience, and leadership is supportive and friendly

      Cons

      Might work with different timezones, so flexibility for the job is required, but that doesn't mean that you are working more hours

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
