      Fair wage, good benefits,good working conditions, Safety is very important.

      Cons

      Large Corporation people are just numbers. No commitment to community very little respect for skilled trades, not a long term employer. No incentive to improve processes very difficult to implement changes for the better.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
