      Pros

      Good benefits packages, good with education reimbursement. Depending on the job, the location, the manager, etc, some employees are very happy.

      Cons

      Some locations tend to have very limited growth and advancement opportunities. Some locations have cultures that are very much "old school" and resistant to change.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
