      Pros

      None! I thought I had joined a pro active leading company, however, I was sadly mistaken as they don't seem to understand that you need to invest.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is too distant from the real workers. They have zero idea what is required at ground level to win an order.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
