      The leadership team is aligned and biased for action. Employees are engaged and care about their work.

      Cons

      Traffic in the Raleigh area can be tough. You have to expect that living in larger cities.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
