Flexibility since smart working is allowed. Macro-management which means you are free to organize your priorities and projects by yourself.
Cons
Tendency to look for open roles outside of the company instead of promoting internal employees. Lack of managerial day to day supervision which can be both good or bad. Sometimes difficult to execute daily tasks due to complexity of internal platforms and procedures.
