Only survives because of Brand name created worldwide

Cons

Indian operations are having No career growth Most of the Managers are working and company relies on down level people. No motivation at all All major perks are consumed by Managerial guys and leaving nothing to others Poor middle management with corruption

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
