      Growth mindset, adherence to values and behaviors commitments, good pay, have spent considerable time improving corporate culture, organizational structure and talent roadmaps, improvement of share price.

      Cons

      not enough IT staff to support business and functions, shrinking of hybrid WFH/RTO workweek

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
